Confrontation among military - one person remaines in custody on case of death of Sergo Jimsherashvili

The Rustavi City Court left in custody Irakli Samkharadze who was detained on the case of physical confrontation among military personnel in the territory nearby Norio forest.

The remaining 4 defendants were released from the courtroom on 5,000 GEL bail. Military servicemen of the first artillery brigade of the Ministry of Defense physically confront each other on May 25. As a result of the accident Sergo Jimserashvili got brain injuries and was in the coma for several months.

The victim died on September 1. Irakli Samkharadze was charged with intentional damage to Sergo Jimserashvili"s health, causing the deaths of the other four and for the sake of not reporting the crime.
