Kidnapping of businessman Amiran Dekanosidze"s son - 10 people arrested on the case will be charged today

10 persons arrested for kidnapping of a businessman Amiran Dekanosidze"s son will be officially charged today. The further procedure will be the court"s decision on preventive measures.

Prior to that, the businessman"s son Giorgi Dekanoidze"s case was questioned at the Police Main Division.

After questioning, the injured did not appear before media.

Giorgi Dekanosidze has been kidnapped by the armed group who demanded 3 million GEL as a ransom. Among the members of the criminal gang is one woman.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a special operation was conducted at Tskaltubo and Tbilisi simultaneously.

Investigation is in progress under Article 144 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
The committed crime envisages from 9 to 14 years of imprisonment.
