Giorgi Margvelashvili critically assesses the recent attack on NGOs. According to him , the rhetoric is worrying.

"Mentality when objective observers are accused of carrying out their obligation and providing information to society about infringement and misconduct, the mentality that perceives any criticism as an assault, mentality, which believes that if you criticize the government, you are the enemy is a prerequisite for totalitarian mindset, - Margvelashvili states.
