One of the leaders of the "National Movement" Davit Kirkitadze will be charged today. Supposedly, Gurjaani Court will decide on the preventive measure.
Kirkitadze is accused of resistance to police and interference in public order, which imposes two to five years of imprisonment. The detained leader of the opposition does not recognize the accusation and continues hunger strike in protest.
The lawyer hopes that the Prosecutor"s Office will not require imprisonment.
