Russian occupants kidnapped a 33-year-old man from Khurvaleti village. Otar Samniashvili is a disabled person. No one has ever contacted his family from Tskhinvali till now. The occupants allegedly kidnapped him for Illegal crossing of the border.
According to eyewitnesses, the Russian occupants took him away from the Georgian controlled territory using force.The village says that Samniashvili lives in extreme poverty and it will be difficult for them to pay the penalty imposed by Tskhinvali. This is the 13th case of kidnapping people near the occupation line in the last three months.
