Davit Chichinadze, the former member of Georgian Dream does not rule out early parliamentary elections. In his opinion, when the government does not understand the society, it is replaced by another government.

"Those who do not know the people, leaves the government and come others, who understand the society better," - Davit Chichinadze said.
