"Water Heater was installed arbitrarily" - Chairman of Tbilisi City Council

A Chairman of Tbilisi City Council has visited the flat, where seven people died due to CO leakage.
According to the preliminary information, the accident happened due to the arbitrarily installed water heater.

"The water heater was installed arbitrarily. This accident was caused by a technical malfunction," said Giorgi Tkemaladze.
