"Courier" publishes a protocol, which states that the gas supply was sealed in the apartment and residents installed it arbitrarily.
The information is confirmed by "KazTransGas".

"KazTransGas" says that during the planned revision of the flat, the water heater was sealed, but the owner installed it arbitrarily.
