16 individuals have been detained regarding a release of Video footage showing Eka Beselia"s private life . A Special briefing was held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs today.

The offense envisages from 4 to 8 years of imprisonment.
"The Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched an investigation on the spread of video recording of personal life. As a result of operative search and investigation activities, 16 persons were detained under the first and second part of the Article 157 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
The investigation found that the detainees had been massively keeping and spreading the video recordings showing private life via social networks and mobile internet application,"- reads the statement.
