Britain and Bulgaria are investigating a third suspect in the Salisbury chemical attack who has also been linked to a 2015 poisoning in Bulgaria, the British ambassador to Sofia .
The investigation found that there was another suspect in the attack on Skripals, who entered the UK with the passport of Sergei Fedotov.
