Head of the Special State Protection Service presents draft law to the Legal Committee

The head of the Special State Protection Service, Anzor Chubinidze, has presented the draft law to the Legal Committee today.
According to the legislative initiative, the President, the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Parliament will not have any protection one year after the expiry of their term .In case of threat, protection will be possible, however, the decision must be made by the Government and the Special Service.
