A Chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the Parliament considers that the draft law initiated by Eka Beselia should be discussed in detail in order to find out how constitutional it is.

Kiladze says that Eka Beselia"s legislative initiative, which involves suspension of lifelong appointment of judges for five years is questionable.

"I think it"s a matter that needs to be discussed well and arguments should be presented as well. There are serious questions about this project, how constitutional it is, "said Sopho Kiladze.
Eka Beselia and her supporters are demanding the draft law to be discussed in an accelerated manner.
