Nika Melia, a member of the parliamentary opposition and one of the leaders of United National Movement does not rule out that founders of TBC may be arrested any time.

Nika Melia believes that the campaign against Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze has the only goal. According to him, Ivanishvili wants to seize the bank and disrupt the main geopolitical infrastructural project of the port.

"Obviously, they announced that this person is wanted, that he launders money. There is an objective assumption that the International financial institutions will no more have a desire to allocate 600 million dollars until Mr Khararadze or even Mr Badri Japaridze will be involved in this process... I do not want to frighten Mr Khararadze and Mr Japaridze but they should expect to be arrested any time, "says Nika Melia.
