The decision on discharging Deacon Giorgi Mamaladze from the hospital was taken not by his doctor but the penitentiary service. Lawyer David Jandier made this statement. According to him, a doctor in the protocol drawn up by the representative of the Public Defender stated that he had not received a decision to discharge the patient. Later he said that this position was changed.
Deacon Giorgi Mamaladze was discharged from the civil hospital and was taken to penitentiary establishment N18.
The lawyer says that medical documents are requested regarding the expediency of Mamaladze"s transfer and they are waiting for the answer.
