Fire broke out at Martvili Monastery. The second floor is completely burned. The building was a wooden construction. According to the Emergency Management Service, 200 m² area is burnt.

No one was injured in the accident.

According to the Emergency Management Service, fire in Martvili"s Monastery is localized. 6 fire-rescue teams work on the spot. The reason for the fire is unknown at this time.
