In regard to elite corruption, the government has no political will to investigate cases - 51 per cent of the respondents surveyed by Transparency International Georgia answered a question of the NGO : " Are facts of corruption, linked to high-ranking officials or the ruling party investigated properly.
51 per cent of respondents think that the investigation is not carried out, 27 per cent believe that they are investigated, 22 per cent do not know.
