Hearing of Davit Kirkitadze"s case is closed - Judge Nemsitsveridze"s decision

A trial of Davit Kirkitadze, the leader of United National Movement is underway in the Gurjaani District Court. According to the judge Nunu Nemsitsveridze"s decision, the session is held in the closed regime and only official parties have the right to attend.

The trial will continue with a questioning of prosecution witnesses.

According to Kirkitadze"s lawyer Giorgi Kondakhishvili, the judge did not satisfy the defence"s motion regarding the opening of the session.
