A lawyer of the woman accused of trafficking claims that father of all ten children is Yulia Suslyak"s husband - Yuri Suslyak.

To prove this, Zurab Todua is ready to invite her mother-in-law from Ukraine for biological expertise.

In addition, the attorney said that there is a document that claims that Yulia Susulyak was in the eighth month of pregnancy when she was in the United States, confirming that at least one baby is her biological child.
The court sentenced the woman to two-month pretrial detention for trafficking. The lawyer appealed the decision of the City Court to the Court of Appeals.
