Kakha Kaladze, the General Secretary of the ruling party does not believe that the government hires lobbyists against the opposition and holds black PR.

The mayor of the capital says that he has not heard about the secret correspondence of the government and its lobbyists.

There are more than 600 letters, which have been delivered to "Rustavi 2".

Kakha Kaladze says he can not understand why the government should oppose the opposition politician as the president of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

"I do not have any information. Why is it bad that Gigi Tsereteli is the president? I think it is very good and I do not think that it"s true, it can be a lie," Kaladze said.
