The polling process started at polling stations across the country. Parliamentary by-elections are held in the first majoritarian election district of Tbilisi.
In addition, the Mayoral by-elections are held in five municipalities: Marneuli, Zestafoni, Chiatura, Zugdidi and Khulo.
In the majoritarian election districts of Sagarejo, Akhmeta, Adigeni, Zestafoni, Chiatura, Tkibuli, Tskaltubo and Ozurgeti by-elections of Sakrebulos are held.
Elections of the mayors have the election barrier and that candidate will be considered as the winner who will receive more than 50% of the votes. If the second round is scheduled, the deadline will be June 13.
In total, 410 polling stations have been opened where more than 400 thousand voters are registered. The voting process will end at 8pm.
