The court will probably consider the case of Mikheil Kalandia tomorrow. He has been charged with the murder of minor Davit Saralidze.
Mikheil Kalandia"s lawyer Ana Kotetishvili says there is no evidence against her client.
According to the lawyer, there are several testimonies of juveniles against Kalandia in the case which were obtained by investigation in 2017-2018. Kotetishvili says that new circumstances are not clear and there is no evidence.
"There is testimony but I would like to clarify that there is no new evidence and new witnesses have not been questioned, "- said Ana Kotetishvili.
Mikheil Kalandia was arrested yesterday by law enforcers. The detainee is charged with the murder of minor Davit Saralidze. The court will consider the preventive measure for him.
