Singer Zura Khachidze appointed as Deputy Governor of Samtskhe-Javakheti

Zura Khachidze , the singer was appointed as Deputy Governor of Samtskhe-Javakheti Region.

Khachidze confirmed the information himself. According to Khachidze, his presentation was held today, negotiations with the governor of the region - Besik Amiranashvili were underway for about a week.

Khachidze says that he has received the offer from the governor himself and will be Amiranashvili"s third deputy.

According to Rustavi 2 , Khachidze will head the cultural-sport and tourism direction in the province. According to khachidze, he will work to create more attractive environment for Georgian citizens and foreign tourists.

" I have not replaced anyone. We needed the third deputy. Negotiations continue for a week. I have received an offer from the government. I will start to work from tomorrow,"- Khachidze said.
