Public Defender supports the creation of special investigation commission on Temirlan Machalikashvili"s murder case.

According to Nino Lomjaria, the investigation has been in vain for two years. That’s why the parliamentary control is necessary. The opposition is once again going to demand the establishment of the investigative commission at the plenary session.

"For two years we do not have results of the investigation of Temirlan Machalikashvili"s case. This investigation has not been completed. That’s why I think it is timely to discuss in the Parliament the creation of such commission and I will support such decision", - said the Public Defender Nino Lomjaria.
