Trial of those detained on December 31

Today, January, 20, Tbilisi City Court will consider the case of detainees on the December 31 rally. The court will decide on existing video footage today.

Ten people were detained at the rally near the Parliament on December 31. They were protesting against the removal of tents.

The investigation was launched under Articles 166 and 173 of the Administrative Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment or financial sanction of 15 days.
