The trial of Mamuka Khazaradze, Badri Japaridze and Avtandil Tsereteli postponed till February 25. The judge made such decision because of Avtandil Tsereteli’s health condition and said he could not continue without him. The motion was filed by the defense.

Avtandil Tsereteli remains in the hospital. Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze were charged on July 24 of last yearfor “illegal income legalization”. As for Avtandil Tsereteli, he is accused of assisting. The defendants themselves claim that the case against them is political revenge.
