The officers of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained K.K. (date of birth - 1986) for the attempted murder and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that detainee presumably opened fire from the automatic weapon towards the vehicle of the victim while it was moving on Rieti village highway.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted murder and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm, article 19-108 and article 236, III and IV parts of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
