The vision of the Ukrainian side is that Mikheil Saakashvili is not an official in Ukraine, but he is Georgian and Georgia is an important part of his life. Such a statement made the Ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia Igor Dolgov after the meeting in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

“The fact that the citizen of Ukraine interferes in the internal political affairs of Georgia is the vision of the Georgian side. Ukraine has a vision that Mikheil Saakashvili is not an official in Ukraine or part of the executive branch.

He is not a citizen of Georgia, but he is a native Georgian and he will never stop being a Georgian. Of course, Georgia is a very important part of his life and not only of his political life”, - said Igor Dolgov.
