The Russian Foreign Minister and the so-called President of occupied Abkhazia have discussed the Abkhazian railway. Raul Khajimba said that they were waiting for a response of the Georgian side for the reopening of the railway.

"The Abkhaz side is ready, it is an opportunity to generate additional revenue in the budget. We are a sovereign, recognized country and this issue should be resolved in a civilized manner. If the Georgian side is ready for this issue, as Mr Lavrov said, I have no doubt that the process will be decided and it will be useful, "- said Raul Khajimba.
