Tragedy that happened 28 years ago -PM visits village of Tablana

The Prime Minister remembered today the tragic events that hapenned 28 years ago in the village of Tablana. The moutain that ripped off destroyed a whole village killing 24 people, three of whom have not been found up to now.

According to Giorgi Kvirikashvili, victims of natural disaster that took place 28 years ago will receive compensations now.

"You should know that this is our common pain," - said the Prime Minister.

The population was also addressed by the head of the Government of Adjara Autonomous Republic, Zurab Pataridze.

"We will always remember those people who were killed by the natural disaster," - said Pataridze.
