Father Giorgi Mamaladze charges were tightened. According to the Prosecutor`s Office, he was preparing for the murder of the Patriarch`s secretary on the basis of self-interest.

Mikhail Ramishvili, the lawyer of father Giorgi Mamaladze, challenges the motives of the crime and says that father Giorgi Mamaladze could not commit any crime.

According to Giorgi Mamaladze`s attorney Giorgi Pantsulaia,tvideo materials which are in included in the case as evidence should be fully publicized to avoid misleading the public.
