Levan Murusidze is waiting for the decision of the High Council of Justice. The appointment of the Secretary of the Council of Justice as the permanent judge of the Council without a 3-year probationary period, will be supported by virtually all members of the Council. This decision may be the reason of another noisy protest against Levan Murusidze by the civil sector .

Vakhtang Mchedlishvili is the only member of the High Council of Justice who disagrees with colleagues. He thinks that the newly enacted law has no powerand the two judges appointed before its enactment must pass a probationary period.

The opposition thinks that the decision of the council has political reasons.
