"Do not be afraid, do have not entered," - A Minister of Interior Affairs briefly commented on the fact that Georgian border guards have not allowed Russian bikers to cross the border. He has not explained the rule by which the law enforcers were guided and whether the reason was Russian occupation of Georgian territories .

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shalva Khutsishvili explained that the border guards appealed to the 11th article of the law relating to the Legal Status of foreign citizens .

According to Khutsishvili, the bikers were not able to satisfy norms envisaged by this article and could not provide a proper answer about goals of their visit to the country.
