Plebiscite Demand - Opposition calls on the government to listen to people`s opinion

Free Democrats and Republicans also share the demand to fix public opinion on constitutional amendments. At the same time, collecting of signatures continues, where the population expresses its support for the appointment of a plebiscite.

Free Democrats blame the Georgian Dream for tailoring the country`s main law according to their interests. European Georgia is demanding the plebiscite on two issues: the rule of electing the president and the change of the electoral system.

Republicans and Free Democrats support the idea of the plebiscite.The initiative of European Georgia is perceived in the Georgian Dream as a parallel process of general public discussions.

Any civic activity to reveal the public opinion is supported in the National Movement .
