The Chairman of the Parliament blames the President of Georgia once again in destructive actions. Irakli Kobakhidze made a statement at the briefing today, where he spoke about constitutional amendments.

Kobakhidze says that in destructive actions against the constitutional reform were carried out with the president`s involvement .

The Chairman of the Parliament says that due to the developments, there are question marks, whether there is any sense to compromise on the rule of choice of the president.
