Today, the defendant`s lawyers, will file a lawsuit against the Patriarch`s lawyer in the City Court for damaging the honor and dignity of Father George.

Sitting at the City Court is scheduled at 13:00.
The lawyers will file a motion for the third time demanding public court session, including for media representatives.

The main argument of lawyers is the statement of the main prosecutor of the country, according to which Irakli Shotadze claims that the cyanide case does not
include any footage or information depicting personal life.

According to Mikheil Ramishvili, attorney of Giorgi Mamaladze, the Public Defender of Georgia will attend today"s sitting.

Today, lawyers of Father Giorgi Mamaladze will file a complaint against the lawyer of the Patriarchate Edisher Karchava. The lawyers are demanding 50,000 lari for public denial of information from Karchava and for damaging the honor of Mamaladze.
