Another part of the initial conclusion of the Venice Commission on constitutional amendments regarding the court system has become known. The Venice Commission opposes a constitutional record that limits the rights of the Constitutional Court.

Specifically speaking it is a record according to which the Constitutional Court will not be able to consider the constituionality of norms regarding the election during the election year.

The parliamentary minority agrees with the Venice Commission recommendation that this entry should not be in the Constitution.
