A decision on release of " Birja Mafia" members should be taken by the Court of Appeals. According to the information of the defense, the session is likely to be held today.

The prosecutor"s office agrees with the demand to change the custodial measure as well.

" The trial may be appointed today, as the case have already been sent to the Court of Appeals from the City Court. Let"s see what happens," said Merab Chikovani, a lawyer of "Birja Mafia" members.

The Lawyer Kakha Tsnobiladze also speaks about high public interest and is waiting for the release of detainees. According to him, the judge"s goal is not to keep musicians in the prison. He speaks about the investigation launched by the Prosecutor"s Office in regard to law enforcers.

"The purpose of the judge is not to keep this people on custody. They do not deserve it. Therefore we expect that he will consider this petition in favor of the sides ," -said Kakha Tsnobiladze.
