Residents of Bukhaidze Street in Kutaisi protest against construction of a cafe-bar in the square. The protest rally was held in front of the City Hall today. Demonstrators demanded a meeting with the Mayor. The locals say that if their demands are not satisfied, the rallies will continue in the future.

Giorgi Tevdoradze, member of the European Georgia was also present at the rally.

The City Hall does not comment on the fact, while the owner of the café explains that he has all the necessary permission from the City Hall.
