Trial of actor "Bakhala" will be held in City Court

The trial of the actor Giorgi Giorganashvili, known as "Bakhala" will be held today at Tbilisi City Court. Giorganashvili is charded with the purchase of a large amount of narcotic drugs for personal consumption.

The actor himself does not recognize the accusation and refuses to plead the deal.

The defense says that drugs were planted on Giorgi Giorganashvili during the detention.

The new attorney will be present at the court session for the first time today to submit the case materials to the court.

In parallel with court proceedings, the support rally will be held.
