The City Court suspended the case on the complaint of GYLA regarding "Panorama Tbilisi"

The City Court ceased hearing of the lawsuit against the "Panorama Tbilisi" filed by " young Lawyers" Association". NGO was requesting to cancel permission on two constructions, based on which the hotel and the entertainment complexes are being built in the historical center of the city.

Sulkhan Saladze, the Coordinator of the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association criticized the decision of the City Court today.

"Court upheld the absolutely groundless and unreasoned motion of the sides, that the dispute in regard to permission of construction should be terminated, as He claims that they will appeal to the Court of Appeals.
