The draft law on liberalization of drug policy was the theme of discussion at the closed meeting held in the format of parliamentary majority at the end of the day. According to "Georgian Dream" MPs, before the beginning of committee hearings, the meetings will be held with interested sides.

The parliamentary majority claims that the final draft law will make drug policy more humane in the country and will be oriented not on punishment bust assistance of human beings .

According to MP Levan Koberidze, there are different opinions in the ruling team regarding the draft law.

"In the majority, although we represent one team, MPs have their own differing opinions on many issues, accordingly, the discussion is going on in this context," said Levan Koberidze.

The draft law on drug policy was registered yesterday at the bureau.
