Georgia`s opposition parties are preparing to meet with the head of the Venice Commission - Gianni Buquicchio. The opposition demands continuation of consultations with the Venice Commission and taking into account of all the recommendations.

According to politicians, "Georgian Dream" tricked the international community and voters and replaced the package of constitutional amendments in two days. Non-parliamentary opposition plans to launch rallies in the street.

"Georgian Dream" is preparing to meet Gianni Buquicos. The ruling party has its own arguments. In majority, they say that the content of the document is not ichanged and they have only made technical changes.

The opposition demands that the authorities suspend adoption of the constitutional amendments in the third hearing and consult with the Venice Commission and start a new round of general public debates before the new document is approved.

Gianni Buquicchio has arrived in Georgia and said in the first comment that he is frustrated with constitutional changes and ongoing processes. "Georgian Dream" hopes that the head of the Venice Commission will understand the situation.
