The Minister of Finance examined the movement of passengers and transport at the Sarpi Customs Checkpoint.

Dmitry Kumsishvili traveled to Sarpi to get familiar with the customs work in the conditions of the summer tourist season.

Special attention was paid to the Turkish side on the coordination of Georgian and Turkish customs officers in order to prevent the hindrance in the movement of passengers, cargo and transport during the reconstruction of Sarpi Customs Checkpoint.

The Minister also got acquainted with the Riga Management System, which opened on Sarpi Customs Checkpoint on July 5. The system allows transport to move freely on the customs checkpoint.
