The main topic of the diplomatic meeting of 2017 was Russia`s illegal actions and annexation policy. The President called on Georgia"s ambassadors to work more actively with the international community on illegal activities of occupants.

The situation in the occupied territories, the creeping occupation and the annexation policy were the main topics in the Prime Minister`s address to diplomats.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili once again pointed out that the Russian Federation`s aggression is against Western aspirations of Georgia.

The Speaker of the Parliament addressed the participants of the ambassadorial today as well.

Minister of Foreign Affairs also named occupation and the transfer of the occupation line in recent months as the main problem . Diplomats participating in the ambassadorial said today that the main purpose of their meeting was to find ways to solve these issues.

Representatives of foreign missions also considered situation in the occupied territories to be the most alarming .
