The session organized by United National Movement has failed at the City Council. The high officials of the City Hall have not appeared at the City Council despite of demand of the opposition.

The opposition demands a detailed explanation on appointing 600 individuals on the different position sat the City Hall.

"These people have violated both the organic law and the council"s regulations, in this regard we will make a decision and supposedly we will appeal to the court , "said Marina Datukishvili, a member of faction" United National Movement ".

The City Hall has not explained why the deputy Mayor and the head of Administration have not arrived to the City Council.
