Commercial disputes specialization created at Civil Cases Panel of City Court

Commercial disputes specialization was created at Civil Cases Panel of the City Court. The Secretary of the High Council of Justice has released this information. According to Giorgi Mikautadze, cases will be examined by the four judges who will have a special course of retraining.

The Secretary of the High Council of Justice does not rule out that such specialization should be created in the second instance as well.
