New sanctions introduced by Washington against Russia were assessed in Georgia. Experts ask the government to fix a concrete position towards official Moscow. "The Center for Strategic Analysis" is convinced that the government will have to make a choice - openly support the Trump administration or continue give-in position with Russia.
Members of the Cabinet of Ministers are making general statements in this situation and explain that Georgia"s actions are agreed with partner countries.
Deputy Secretary of the Security Council ,Vano Machavariani is convinced that the Kremlin will not be limited by statements only in response to sanctions and will continue annexation policy towards Georgia. Machavariani considers necessary for the government to agree on the initiative of the President and ask the United States to appoint a special representative in Georgia.
