MIA release special statement about special operation in Ponichala

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has released a statement on the detention of a person as a result of special operation in Ponichala yesterday.

The statement says that the accused has systematically sold drugs.

As a result of the special operation, the police arrested a man born in 1987 for illegal purchase and keeping of narcotic drugs.

"Police seized 4 packages of heroines. Investigation is underway on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of narcotic drugs (Article 260, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code of Georgia), " - the statement reads.
