The protesters arrested during the confrontation with the police at the Railway Department remain in the preliminary detention isolator.

According to human rights defenders, 10 people were brought there with physical injuries, one of the new trade unionists of the railways continues hunger strike in the isolator. They were questioned about 4 hours. According to the lawyer, none of them pleaded guilty.

Among the detainees are members of "Auditorium 115" whose rights are protected by the Georgian Young Lawyers` Association. The NGO speaks about the violation of the rights of detainees and states that the participants of the rally received various injuries during the detention.

Investigation began into the fact of the hooliganism and the resistance to the police. The court will discuss the preventive measure today.
