Aviation not involved in fire elimination works on Artana Mountain

Aviation has not been participating in disaster liquidation works in Kakheti, Artana Mountain for the second day already. The reason is the technical examination of aircrafts.

Emergency headquarters say that helicopters will be involved in fire prevention. More than 500 firefighters are working in the disaster zone.

The fire on the mountain slope of Kokhta is localized, but difficult terrain and wind hinders the works.

In Tusheti, liquidation works are almost completed.
